Packages ship through USPS first class and priority mail. Shipping is a flat rate $5. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of order date. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your package! 


●Approved returns are valid for a refund in the original form of payment or store credit only.

●You may exchange an item as long as the product is in stock; otherwise, you will receive a refund or store credit.

●Returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days of your order date. Please include tracking as we are not responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen.

●Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving order with a picture via email to

●The customer is responsible for all return shipping.

●Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and odor free with all tags attached.

●The original shipping charge is non-refundable in the event of a refund/store credit.

●The following are non-returnable items: Accessories. Jewelry. Intimates. All sale items.

●Once your return is received, please allow 2 days for processing.

●If returns are sent past the return policy period, the customer will be required to pay a $5 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
